The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Scientist with a strong background in immunology and/or cell biology and experience with the discovery of novel therapeutic antibodies. Your key responsibilities are:
- Design and execute functional assays to discover and characterize therapeutic antibodies.
- Analyze data, including your own, that of research associates, and externally generated data.
- Apply your scientific expertise to advance our discovery projects.
- Lead your studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify lead antibodies.
- Collaborate with top experts in academia and industry.
- Report and present data.
Your Profile
You thrive using your background in immunology or cell biology to enhance the efficacy of next-generation therapeutic antibodies. You are an expert in pre-clinical research. Moreover, you have a flexible and hands-on attitude that blends in with the entrepreneurial nature of our company. You meet the following requirements:
- PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical.
- Experience with cell-based laboratory techniques.
- Ability to independently interpret, troubleshoot and report complex data.
- A creative and innovative approach in solving scientific problems.
- Adaptability and a fast-learning mindset.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
